Today's Markets

A.) Today prices reached the same price level as Sept. 29.

B.) There is an uptrend in place that has been going on for four days.

C.) We've seen two gaps up this week. Gaps are technically important because they show a radical shift in the the supply/demand balance. Think of it this way. Prices close a $10. Over night something happens that greatly increases the perceived value of the stock. This means that when the stock opens traders are willing to buy it for $11. Also note, the bigger the gap the more important the shift in perception.
