The graphic says "Anyone think we build way too many houses to get us out of the last recession?"

Yes. As much as I dislike being seen to agree with him, so does James Howard Kunstler, author of "The Long Emergency" and "The Geography of Nowhere." Of course, he hates suburbia and sprawl, but he's been making this point for years.
