Above is a chart of 1-month Libor. While it has not retreated to pre-crisis levels, it does continue to move lower at a good clip.
The three month chart continues to move lower as well.
The euro continues its reversal. The uptrend (a) is still in place and the EMAs are very bullish -- the shorter EMAs are above the longer EMAs, all are rising and prices are above the EMAs (b). Also note that Momentum is positive (c).
